These are the exclusive recipes made with ¡Tierra! is a unique blend of as many as 20 different coffees, selected from the best beans and toasted with care. These Milk-based coffee recipes from Abdul Sahid Khan, Head Trainer, Lavazza India. This excellent product is sustainable throughout its supply chain. A coffee that highlights the characteristics of its places of origin: Brazil, Colombia, Central America and India.

">Healthy honey coffee smoothie

Ingredients

  • Shot ofEspresso
  • 100 mlmilk
  • 2 tsphoney
  • 60ml soycream
  • 1 ripe bananas,frozen
  • 1 tbsp chocolatesyrup
  • 4 icecubes

Directions

  • Combine the coffee and honey with the water andstir.
  • Tip the brewed coffee, cream, bananas, syrup and ice cubes into theblender.
  • Blend untilsmooth.
  • Pour into a glass and drizzle over a little more chocolate syrup if youlike.

Blueberry and Honey coffee smoothie

Ingredients

  • Shot ofEspresso
  • 150ml chilledmilk
  • 2 tsp honey
  • 100g freshblueberries
  • 50gm rolledoats
  • 4 icecubes

Directions

  • Combine the coffee, milk, oats, blueberries, and honey into ablender.
  • Blend untilsmooth.
  • Pour into a glass and top with a few wholeblueberries.

Marshmallows mocha

Ingredients

  • Shot ofEspresso
  • 20mlmilk
  • 5-6marshmallows
  • 2 tbsp caramelsauce
  • whipped cream
  • 2 tbsp chocolate sauce

Directions

  • Take a shot of Espresso in amug.
  • If you making it at café just froth the milk like latte, Heat the milk or cream in the microwave until hot but not boiling (about 30seconds).

  • Add the espresso and give it a thorough mix with chocolate sauce, and caramelsauce.
  • Fill the mug with hot and frothed milk. Put generous amount of whippedcream.
  • Drizzle with lots of Chocolate sauce and top withmarshmallows.

Cinnamon Almond cappuccino

Ingredients

  • Shot ofEspresso
  • 150ml almondmilk
  • Cinnamonpowder
  • Nutmeg (just fortaste)
  • Sugar to taste

Directions

  • Take a shots of espresso and starch it with hot water, half fill themug.
  • Steam and Froth almond milk, until doubled involume.
  • Pour it like Cappuccino, Sprinkle over a dash of cinnamon and very little nutmeg.Enjoy.

Red velvet latte

Ingredients

  • Shot ofEspresso
  • 350ml (12oz)milk
  • 20gm milk/ white chocolate
  • 10ml vanillasyrup
  • Few drop red foodcolouring
  • whipped cream
  • white chocolate shavings (Garnish)

Directions

  • Take a shot of espresso in a glass mug, Add in the chocolate and stir tomelt.
  • Add a drop food colouring and stir tocombine.
  • Pour steam and frothed milk likecappuccino.
  • Mix two drop of food colouring into soy cream and whipit.
  • Pour good amount of whipped cream overcappuccino.
  • Sprinkle over some white chocolateshavings.

Indian Spicy Mocha

This is one of my favorite post-meal treats with freinds at home. This coffee is a dessert in itself.

  • Shot ofEspresso
  • 180mlmilk
  • 15ml chocolatesauce
  • Cinnamonpowder
  • Groundcardamom
  • Groundnutmeg

Directions

  • Steam and froth themilk.
  • Take a shot of espresso in a cup, add chocolate sauce, and ground spices to yourespresso.
  • Pour the hot milk and just like latte.Enjoy.
